Last chance to enter the Challange!

Wineland, you still need to fill in your bracket!

Got it done in time. Nothing like procrastination. Speaking of procrastinating... Villenova better get off their arse and score some points or my southern bracket is screwed.

That's always sage advice, I should adhere to it more often.

Good luck to your Blue Devils. It's highly likely we'll see them in the Final Four.

We shall see - that Robert Morris loss has me despondent. Need 'Nova out of the way - I have Baylor taking care of them, but who wants to play Baylor in Houston, Texas? We have not done well on the road in hostile environments and it's not hard to get a crowd cheering against us, especially a bunch of Texans cheering for Baylor.

I think that Duke has played on tired legs the last few years in the tourney and worn out. Keeping their big three on the court for the entire game most of this year is a questionable call by K. I guess if Carolina wins the NIT after the real one then it is the equivelent of hitting for a cycle in college basketball. Maybe just rose colored glasses.

But he has played a solid 8 to 9 man rotation this year - lots of time for the Plumlees, less and now more with Dawkins (who came back on nicely in ACC), and the odd spells from Ryan Kelly. Our big three all seem fine with significant exception of Scheyer. Also, I'm not sure I really buy the tired/fatigue excuse for uninjured 20 something guys playing at an elite level when they play two games and then have almost a week off. I see fatigue as a factor in the ACC Tourney, but not so much once get to the NCAAs. I doubt he'll have to play all 3 of them 38 plus minutes tomorrow.

Tired legs was an issue for Trajan, but that's because he was playing baseball during the off-season. He wasn't even a scholarship player for a period of time in that he paid to go to school from his baseball salary. That's why A-Rod used to come to Cameron; they were friends from the same minor league Mariners' team.
